Draft, not yet reviewed. Highlighted brackets are details we still need to fill in. This page is not legal advice and is not yet in force.
These terms describe the text messages VoiceBridg sends on behalf of HVAC companies we answer calls for.
Program description
When you call an HVAC company that uses VoiceBridg, we may text the number you called from to confirm your request and to tell you when help is on the way. The messages are about your service request. We do not send marketing messages. [Confirm the full list of message types, and whether the contractor or owner also receives text alerts.]
How you agree
By giving us your mobile number on a call and asking for service, you agree to receive these messages from the HVAC company and from VoiceBridg on their behalf. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. [Describe exactly how consent is collected and recorded, for example a spoken notice on the call, and the wording used.]
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your request. Most people receive a few messages for each service request.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and then no more. You can opt back in by calling the HVAC company again.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@voicebridg.com, for help. [Add a support phone number.]
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your number and details only as described in our Privacy policy. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who sends the messages
Messages are sent by VoiceBridg ([legal entity name]) on behalf of the HVAC company you called. [Name the brand shown in messages and the registered campaign.]
